A few years ago we posted a simple exercise plan for the Overhead Throwing Athlete.  I wanted to revisit that exercise plan and revise it for you.  The following 7 exercises are a great combination of Rotator cuff/Lats and Deltoid muscle groups hit. Overhead Throwing Athlete materials

I just posted 7 great exercises using rubber tubing as your resistance.  We love to use the Double Cord from Power Systems and the heavy duty bands from Lifeline USA seen below.  These 2 items are very versatile and inexpensive.  They can be found on amazon and most major sporting goods stores.  This would be a great addition to any athletes exercise gear.  Many baseball players will keep these in there bat bags and attach them to fences and or poles for warm-ups before practice and games.  Enjoy!
